Job Details
This is a new position created at a Top Tier Chambers ranked Legal 100 firm outside of London, for a non-contentious Insolvency Lawyer to join this fast growing team with an outstanding reputation as the department's PSL.
They would like an ambitious, technically strong lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification. The ideal candidate will have specific experience on solvent and insolvent restructuring work on both UK and International transactions, structuring the refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, inter-creditor issues, and general banking/security work.
The firm is known for its strong client relationships and excellent quality of work, but also their commitment to ensuring a healthy work-life balance, which includes the ability to work from home 1 day per week.
