Family Solicitor Locum

LAW Absolute are working on behalf of an excellent law firm who are looking for a Family Lawyer to join their team on a fixed term contract basis for six months, to start as soon as possible.

The work undertaken will involve a broad range of private family law issues to include;

- divorce proceedings,

- separation,

- matrimonial financial matters,

- pre-nuptial agreements,

- cohabitation orders.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with practical family experience. It is essential to have good communication and client facing skills. The candidate will have to work autonomously and as part of the wider team.
