An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join one of the leading defendant teams in the sector, based in the City of London.
 
You will be part of a Legal 500 recommended Defendant Clinical Negligence team led by some of the most well-known Clinical Negligence Solicitors in the sector. The department act for an array of clients which include NHS organisations, GP and dental practitioners, private healthcare providers representing doctors, nurses and other medical professionals on matters including surgical claims, obstetrics, psychiatry, and orthopaedics.
 
The team's work includes high-value cases, including multi-million-pound claims. Your caseload would be a mix of your own files, combined with assisting partners on major, complex, and high-value cases. The mix will be tailored to suit your level and experience. 
 
The role would suit an early career Clinical Negligence Solicitor circa 1-4 years' PQE with defendant experience, who is looking to enhance their career at a leading firm in the sector.
