The role

The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner into their state of the art Reading City Centre office.

You will be at the forefront of the Conveyancing department, working with the others Partners to drive the department forwards.

Real Estate is a core group for the firm, the department is currently thriving across both Commercial and Residential. The quality of work is good, you will run your own caseload as well as overseeing and managing the wider team, the caseload will include; Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, Transfers of equity, Lease extensions and Re-mortgages.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is of advantage, but is not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
