Job Details
A well established and forward thinking firm in Wigan are seeking a Debt Recovery Solicitor to join their growing team as part of ongoing growth.
You will be joining a Legal 500 ranked team known for Debt Recovery where you'll work alongside several very experienced Debt Recovery Solicitors. You will handle your own caseload, primarily of debt recovery files dealing with all methods of recovery including charging orders, bankruptcy, and winding up petitions.
You must be a qualified Debt Recovery Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE ideally. You'll be able to hit the ground running with handling your own caseload including all areas of debt recovery. You will be ambitious and keen to progress your career within a well regarded specialist Debt Recovery team. You must have experience of handling bad debt and litigation matters, be able to start court proceedings, enforce judgement, and start insolvency proceedings.
