A Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required to join one of the leading firms in the East of England.
Operating for over 200 years in the East of England, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Staffed by a team of expert lawyers, they endeavour to go the extra mile offering specialist, cost-effective and constructive advice in a friendly and professional manner to a loyal and growing client base.
The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a broad range of litigation matters including things like contract disputes, company/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, Intellectual property disputes, insolvency litigation, defamation and professional negligence matters.
As well as handling a caseload of matters and assisting on larger matters the successful candidate will also play a crucial role in the future ongoing development of the department in Colchester and will have the opportunity to get involved with the marketing and business development activities of the department.
