The firm is certainly considered leading in terms of property works, particularly in the North and Midlands. As a result of the firm's strong foothold in the London market, regional offices often deal with caseloads of a high-network value.

The role

This leading regional firm are looking for Residential Property solicitors, ideally 2+ years PQE to join their expanding department in Leeds.

In this role, you will be dealing with an affluent client base and you will be working alongside incredibly commercially minded solicitors who are knowledgeable- yet also approachable, an ethos that runs throughout.

In this role, you will be dealing with caseloads of a medium-high value varying in complexity and size. You will be joining a well-established department where relationships with the local community, and SME's are paramount to success. Therefore, you must be dynamic, approachable and knowledgeable.

Requirements

• You will be ideally be 2+ years PQE (more junior applications will be considered and more senior applications are encouraged)
• You will be ambitious, dynamic and approachable
• You will have knowledge on conveyancing caseloads
• You will have an eye for progression
