Commercial Property Locum - South Wales - ASAP start - £35-£45 per hour
An exciting role for a Commercial Property Locum within a small and friendly Legal 500 firm based in a desirable area of South Wales has emerged. The firm are looking for someone to start ASAP on an ongoing basis whilst they recruit permanently.
The main duties and responsibilities will include the full spectrum of Commercial Property whilst also dealing with a small number of Residential cases. The ability to work independently without supervision is vital, and secretarial support will be provided.
An hourly rate ranging between £35-45, depending on experience, will be offered. There will also be the possibility of some flexible working.
