Successful firm in London seeks a Debt Recovery/Litigation Executive on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Debt Recovery/Litigation Executive in our client’s thriving practice situated in the heart of London. The successful applicant shall undertake a rewarding workload of debt recovery matters whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism at all times.

• Manage a caseload with minimum supervision
• County Court proceedings
• Bankruptcy
• Dispute resolution
• Statutory demands
• Insolvency proceedings
• Recovery of rent arrears
• Winding up proceedings
• Pre-action collection
• Meeting firm set billing targets

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from paralegal and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ experience
• A solid background in debt recovery is highly essential for this role
• Possess outstanding communication and client care skills
• Be a strong team player with the accompanying ability to work individually under your own initiative
• Have a genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
