Job Details
National law firm opportunity for a Regulatory Solicitor in the Healthcare sector to join the Manchester team of this well-established firm with an enviable healthcare practice.
The regulatory team covers claims, disputes and disciplinary proceedings for healthcare professionals across a diverse range. Working with insurers for major private hospitals, royal colleges, medical negligence indemnifiers and alternative medical practitioners you will handle a varied caseload focusing on professional disciplinary and regulatory matters.
You will be a Regulatory Solicitor who has gained exposure to professional disciplinary and inquest work, in particular, a wider criminal law background would be an advantage for this role. Working with specialist lawyers in this area you will gain further expertise in a commercial law firm environment from this Manchester-based office.
