The team is retained by an extensive and diverse client base operating in the healthcare sector including private hospitals, clinics and NHS trusts. As well as managing individual litigation cases, the firm is retained in an advisory capacity covering issues such as consent, capacity, funding, inquests, group actions and coroner proceedings.
Undertaking quality instructions, this opportunity provides an enviable career move for a specialist solicitor or legal executive. The nature of role, requires a healthcare lawyer with not less than 1 years’ PQE and is likely to appeal to those who have between 1-5 yrs’ PQE.
You will be supporting lead lawyers on complex cases requiring a team based approach whilst also managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and guidance.
As your career develops, there will be scope to focus on niche areas of medical negligence or wider healthcare law instructions. The firm is also regularly instructed to provide in-house support so secondment opportunities often arise.
