A very well regarded award-winning Legal 500 listed practice is eager to consolidate its Private Client offering at its Worcester office with the appointment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate level in order occupy a key, strategic position and deal with a high calibre private client caseload.

This firm has a very strong pedigree and has a network of offices throughout the West Midlands and the Black Country. It is a full service offering and is currently well on track with its expansion drive having already successfully expanded other offices in the network with the hire of very experienced practitioners across a number of disciplines. The firm has a very strong reputation within the locality and is able to boast a very good client base comprising individuals, those within agriculture, local businesses, SMEs and national commercial entities.

The Private Client Team is already established across the firms' network of offices; however, the team in Worcester has experienced significant success and so now needs to make an additional hire to strengthen the team there in order to service ongoing instructions and also further increase this particular offices' market share. As such, the practice is particularly keen to speak with an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE who has gained experienced at a large national firm or a strong regional practice and who is able to handle a broad remit of private client matters to include having experience of acting for a HNW client base.

This role is different given that it is not just limited to fee earning duties as you will also be tasked with growing the Worcester office so you will be skilled at undertaking business development, networking and marketing in order to open up new revenue streams and enhance the offices' standing within the locality. It therefore follows that there is scope for swift progression within the firm and you will also be able to strengthen your standing within the local market by reinforcing your already strong links with the vicinity.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor who has a real desire to work at a very strong firm and who is keen to make their mark in the sector so if you are an experienced practitioner who is concerned about limited progression opportunities in your current role then this opportunity is definitely worth exploring. In particular, this opportunity could well suit a "frustrated number two or three" and/or those who are finding that they have hit a ceiling at their current firm and who are concerned about not being able to progress any further, as this role really will be able to provide options build your own practice area and reap the benefits of doing so.

Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes.
