The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join the firms High Wycombe, Berkshire.

The Commercial Litigation team deal with a wide range of commercial recovery, dispute resolution and insolvency requirements to name a few. The clients range from international organisations to building and construction companies.

The role will be hands on, work will be varied varied and you will have the opportunity to work on high net worth transactions. You will have an in-depth knowledge of insolvency procedures and demonstrate high levels of technical ability.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression for the right Solicitor or Legal Executive.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
• You will preferably have experience acting in a supervisory role
• You will be a personable individual and work well in a team
• Management experience would be an advantage
• You will have excellent communication skills
