Corporate Finance Partner

A Top 30 firm are recruiting a Corporate Finance Partner with at least 6 years PQE. You will be joining a highly professional, progressive firm with a dynamic culture and a great reputation in for developing and nurturing talent.

This law firm is a leading international legal business. With over 2,300 people, it offers one of the most comprehensive UK networks, combined with coverage across Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia-Pacific.

The firm work with many household names and some of the UK's largest institutional clients and household names in the world of telecoms, infrastructure, technology, outsourcing, consumer goods, transport, aerospace, and engineering.

The Role

You would be joining a leading Corporate Finance Team that focus on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, stock market listings and security offerings. They also handle buy ins and buy outs, corporate governance, debt & equity financings and other related matters.

The team is well established and top rated in the Legal 500. They generally handle M&A work in the region of £50m but deals at a much larger value come through frequently.

The firm require experience and knowledge to help expand the practice. They are extremely ambitious and driven and want to find a like minded Partner who will get on board in helping the team achieve its goals.

The Requirements

• Established Partner with at least 6 years PQE.
• Will ideally have experience of transactions on AIM or another relevant market in a reputable London practice.
• Must be qualified in England & Wales.
• Commercially minded, confident and strong in business development & client facing skills.
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency as well as drive and ambition.
