Job Details

I am working with a leading US law firm in Hong Kong who are looking to hire a Research Services Coordinator who will report to the Director of Administration.

Their Collective Intelligence & Research Department provides strategic and practical solutions to make knowledge accessible and to ensure it is effectively utilized across the enterprise for the enduring success of the Firm.

Research Services Coordinator supports this mission by capturing the CIR's operational knowledge; by ensuring the integrity of CIR data; and by helping inform their legal professionals about available information resources and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent language skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Degree or studies in library or information science or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a research-focused role in a law firm.
  • Knowledge of the legal services industry is a must.

  • Integrated library systems experience and basic familiarity with legal research databases and information resource management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving to adapt to changing circumstances.
