A top 100 European law firm, located in Solihull, is seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Litigation Solicitor, with NQ – 4 years' PQE, to join them undertaking a variety of matters, with an international element.

This large and dynamic Commercial Litigation department can offer a Commercial Litigation Solicitor a fantastic working environment, along with the ability to work directly with the Partners on top quality international work.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor within this department, you will be acting for large UK and international corporates, governments and high net worth individuals. You will regularly work in cross-border teams to deliver results in jurisdictions around the globe – in this sense, a second language would be an advantage along with/or cultural awareness.

The team has experts in all areas including IT, engineering, construction, and financial disputes. There is always room for as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to carve out your very own niche, should you wish. However, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of work which will allow you to develop your skill set!

To be considered for this Commercial Litigation role, based in Solihull, you must be a stand out candidate! The firm is looking for a “go getter”, and someone that wants to learn and develop. You must demonstrate a passion for this area of law and have a positive attitude with the ability to cope well in a demanding environment. You must have worked in a national law firm and have an understanding of international dispute resolution or the ability to learn quickly!
