A well regarded, L500 and Chambers ranked firm in Hertfordshire seek an experienced Solicitor to join their reputable Dispute Resolution Team. This is an opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Solicitor to be a part of the long term development plans of a successful and progressive department.

The successful applicant will take on a proactive role within the team, reporting directly to the Senior Partners. You will have full conduct of a broad caseload spanning all aspects of commercial litigation and some civil litigation (excluding personal injury). Typical work will include breach of contract, theft of confidential information, shareholder and partnership disputes contentious probate.

Alongside this, you will be encouraged and supported to develop and win new business opportunities achieved by networking throughout the local community, with the aim to raise the profile and contribute to the long term growth of the team.

The firm themselves are regarded highly in the local and surrounding areas and as such can offer a high quality of work from their network of existing clients. As a forward thinking and modern practice, you will be given the flexibility to manage your work load and working hours accordingly with the ability to work from home from time to time.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE in dispute resolution and a significant experience in contentious probate. You will have a proven track record of fee generation and will have a keen desire to seek and win new business.
