Your new role

The purpose of the role is to drive forward the aspiration and strategy of the firm and ensure that the highest levels of client service, results and commerciality are being met by both fee earning and non fee earning staff. You will be expected to demonstrate high levels of leadership as you manage the day to day operations of the firm and deliver changes as aligned with the business' current vision and beyond.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you must have a background in the legal industry and operations/business change experience. Qualified solicitors with significant people and business managerial experience may also be considered. A track record off delivering results within the legal insurance industry would be an advantage.

What you'll get in return

Remuneration is entirely dependant on experience but you will receive a salary of up to £130,000 plus an extensive range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical care and pension. You will also have some opportunity to work from home.
