Commercial Property Senior Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property senior solicitor to join an award winning legal 500 firm at their offices based in South Manchester.

You will be working alongside one of the regions largest and most well regarded commercial property departments. You will have previous experience dealing with a case load of commercial property matters to include but not limited to matters such as promotion agreements, option agreements, pre-emption agreements, conditional contracts, development agreements, re-financing, section 106 agreements, section 278 agreements and other statutory agreements, sale of freehold reversions.

You will be willing to support the business development of the firm and any client following would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have in excess of 5 years post qualification experience.
