Job Details
A long standing firm within the Liverpool market are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team in the Crosby office. You must have experience handling a caseload include sale & purchase files and ideally new builds. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Solicitor and should be highly confident in your knowledge of Conveyancing.
The firm are looking for an experienced fee earner who is able to handle a caseload independently and act as a point of contact for clients within the department. You will handle circa 50 files and there will be assistant support. The work is generated from local relationships & recommendations that the firm receive. This role has arisen as the firm have received a sharp increase of instructions. You will be joining an existing team of 11 headed up by the partner. The firm have a very strong reputation within the surrounding area of being a fair and rewarding employer. A number of staff have been at the firm for 5+ years and they promote a positive work life balance. There are very good progression opportunities into a Senior fee earning position as your caseload builds up and you take on additional duties.
