Due to expansion, an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 firm based in Hertford.

Operating for over 150 years in the Hertfordshire region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Staffed by a team of expert lawyers, they endeavour to go the extra mile offering specialist, cost-effective and constructive advice in a friendly and professional manner to a loyal and growing client base.

The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a broad range of litigation matters including things like contract disputes, company/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, Intellectual property disputes, insolvency litigation, defamation and professional negligence matters.

You will work alongside the Commercial Litigation Partner, 5 solicitors and 2 support staff.

Ideally the candidate will be 5-10 years PQE however, those that fall just out of this bracket will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
