A Defendant RTA Team Leader is wanted for an excellent supervisory opportunity with a Legal 500 Insurance firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is a national, award winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Defendant RTA Solicitor to manage their leading Motor team in the Manchester office.

This is a non fee earning role where you will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business KPI's and financial performance. You will coach the team, monitoring performance and identifying training needs and undertake case/performance reviews in line with company policies. In addition analysis of Management Information and reporting against the Financial KPI's is also required.
