Job Details
My client is a well-known regional firm with a reputation for quality driven service towards their clients.
The role would suit an experienced qualified Fee Earner who is happy to be the main point of contact, and drive the team forward. You will have a track record in building up the reputation of a department, and be a self-starter who can easily liaise with local agents and would be happy to go and meet clients when required.
You will be a strong Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive. Dealing with files from start through to post-completion you'll have a full understanding of the process, and be motivated by an environment which is centered around the quality of service directed at client.
The firm has a structure around salary so initially the top-end on offer here is a competitive £40,000. However, there are discretionary bonus that can be paid and pay rises can be achieved through performance.
Applications from re-locators will be considered, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Leicestershire region.
