I am working on behalf of my client who are looking to recruit an experience Corporate and Commercial lawyer who has the ability, drive and confidence to develop working relationships based in the South Yorkshire markets.

The successful candidate must:
* have a strong Commercial and Corporate background.
* to work across the business supporting the delivery of complete, accurate and timely legal services on all corporate and/or commercial matters
* to promote the services of the Corporate and Commercial Department internally and externally. Taking a proactive approach to corporate and commercial matters. Developing a fee-paying client base.
* have experience in business development and a well developed personal brand.
* have commercial awareness and a history of strong financial performance.
* ideally have experience of introducing new business.
* be ambitious and have the desire to progress.
* ideally have some knowledge of Commercial Property.
