Job Details
A leading defendant insurance law firm in Manchester is looking to recruit an RTA Team Leader/Solicitor to join their growing motor division.
Your role will be working within one of the UK's leading insurance companies where you will manage a team of RTA Fee Earners/Motor Claims Handlers/Litigators. You will be responsible for driving the performance of your team, undertake regular performance reviews and produce regular management information.
We are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with management experience at all levels, to drive forward the performance of a team of Personal Injury motor claims handler and litigators.
You must be a qualified RTA Solicitor with demonstrable experience gained within an insurance litigation practice or insurance environment. You will have proven team leadership/supervisory experience and be used to managing/motivating fee earners.
Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience and will include a comprehensive benefits package.
