THE FIRM:
Our client is multidisciplinary international law firm,widely acknowledged as an industry leader in the financial services sector.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an ambitious derivatives lawyer with a commercial approach to join a highly regarded team involved in developing cutting-edge solutions for their clients' industry demands and evolving needs.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered you will be a derivatives lawyer 2-4PQE with an excellent academic record (2.1 or above) and experience gained with a Magic, Silver Circle, US or equivalent law firm.
You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and have an understanding of prime brokerage and customer trading agreements.
Any knowledge of structured finance and asset-backed transactions will be a distinct advantage.
