This Top 200 specialist commercial law firm with a strong Legal 500 presence in each of their departments are seeking a Solicitor to join their Residential Property team. Based in South Manchester there is easy access to all forms of public transport as well as being situated closely to the motorway network.

You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience of dealing with complex conveyancing work as you will be dealing with high value £multi-million properties as well as complex London leasehold properties. On top of dealing with an affluent client base you will be working on plot sales, site set ups, sales & purchase, new builds houses & flats.

You will have assistance from a paralegal however as this is a small team you will be expected to deal with cases from inception to completion. This is not a volume environment as this firm focus on quality over quantity as a matter of principal. You will be working closely with a Senior Solicitor & Partner and will fit into the structure of this department. This firm don't have any financial targets, so you won't be pressured into forcing through completions and you will be able to ensure client satisfaction.

This firm pay well and you will be looking within £30k - £45k (based on PQE) for this role as well as having a corporate benefits package and bonus scheme also included. You will be working as part of a forward thinking law firm that support growth and ensure a fantastic quality of work.
