Commercial Property Solicitor
A commercial property solicitor is required to join a major regional law firm in Kent. They require a proactive and enthusiastic commercial property solicitor from newly qualified to with up to 4 years` PQE to play a significant part in the development of this practice area providing clients quality advice and client care. From the outset there are opportunities to be involved in high quality technical work and business development.
The commercial property solicitor will be commercially minded with a strong academic background, you will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law. The work will involve buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land, option agreements and business sale agreements.
Salary dependent on experience.
