Healthcare Regulatory - Associate Solicitor role - Central London

A highly successful, top tier, international law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join their healthcare team due to the continued growth and success of the department.

The team you will be joining are leading healthcare and social care advisor's, they are regularly instructed on a number of well known, high profile cases. The Healthcare teams advises on a number of legal issues, updates and training to clients in the firms health and social care sector on the following matters:

Healthcare Law
Serious Incidents
Regulatory issues
Inquests
Mental Health matters
Criminal Investigations and more.

You must have excellent knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills as you will be the clients point of contact for a number of advisory matters. You will be able to develop your technical knowledge through training sessions that the firm is able to provide and reading appropriate publications

To be a successful candidate for the Healthcare Regulatory role you must be a practising Solicitor or Barrister with experience in Healthcare law. Inquest advocacy experience in desirable although is not essential.
