Job Details
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Civil Litigation Lawyer or Legal Executive to join a fast paced, growing legal team, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have a background of working on a litigation caseload, whether that be a housing lit, or property litigation caseload, from either a private practice or government in-house legal team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Litigation Lawyer who is keen to develop their experience in litigation related matters concerning licencing, criminal, civil, employment and other litigation related matters.
The Civil Litigation Lawyer would be expected to undertake duties such as, but not limited to:
- Run litigation or pre-litigation stages from start to completion
- Attend court where required
- Handle an extremely varied and complex caseload of matters
The succesful will have the benefit of a close mentoring relationship with your manager, which will enable you to extend your skills and manage the cases efficiently.
