QED Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a prestigious firm in Maidstone. With offices across North Kent, this firm is well regarded in the local market and have recently taken on new work streams to complement their busy practice. They enjoy a strong staff retention rate, and offer a good work/life balance.

Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancer (Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor) to join their friendly team. You will be carrying out a mixed caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfer of equity, remortgage, new build and other associated Residential Property transactions.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience of managing your own caseload, be fully up to date with CQS and have a desire to contribute to the expansion of the practice through business development and marketing.
