Employment Partner / Senior Associate

One of the of No.1 Employment teams in the UK is looking for a Senior Associate / Partner Lawyer to join this highly rated firm.

You will deal with both Contentious and Non-Contentious work, the broadness of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. Work will include; Dismissals, Re-structuring, Contract negotiations, Employment tribunals including high court, Restrictive covenants and Collective issues.

This role would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move, or an ambitious Senior Associate perhaps in a top-heavy team looking for a pathway for progression.

You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE) You will be working for a highly-regarded employment team A proven track record developing business is essential Experience of managing a team is to advantage Salary is industry leading and negotiable depending on your background This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Partner to join this flourishing Top firm.
