Commercial Property Lawyer required for a Lexcel and CQS accredited Bedford practice.

A great opportunity has arisen in our client's busy commercial property department on a full-time, permanent basis. This is suited to newly qualified and above solicitors, legal executives and paralegals who can confidently manage a caseload with minimum supervision.

Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will be keen to progress in this area of law and also assist with business development, networking and marketing activities.

• Managing commercial property caseload
• Development projects
• Freehold sales and purchase
• Preparing draft contracts
• Lease negotiations, renewals and terminations
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Business development, networking and marketing

The Candidate
• Ideally, an NQ+ solicitor, legal executive or paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience
• Experience of managing a mixed commercial property caseload is essential
• Demonstrate excellent client care skills and be able to communicate well, both verbally and written
• Actively participate in business development, networking and marketing activities
