A prominent London law firm is keen to strengthen it's dispute resolution team offering with the appointment of an additional Property Litigation Solicitor at Associate level.

This award winning Legal 500 listed and Chambers ranked law firm that offers specialist legal advice across a spectrum of legal disciplines to clients on a national basis.

As the right candidate you will be at least NQ - 4 years' PQE with experience dealing with a wide range of contentious and non -contentious residential and commercial property matters. You will gain access to high quality work including complex possession proceedings against trespassers and squatters; termination of business tenancies; grant of new leases; disrepair and dilapidation claims; advising on lease covenants; rights of way; boundary disputes; forfeiture and relief from forfeiture and construction disputes. It would be advantageous to have experience of regulatory property matters both at tribunal and court.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join a leading firm whereby you will be required to think of innovative solutions for clients when acting on unusual and challenging development initiatives whilst significantly broadening your skill set and future prospects.
