The role

The firm are looking to hire a new Corporate Paralegal into their flourishing Leeds City Centre office.

You will assist fee earners with a high-quality caseload, this will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

You will work with a broad range of clients, ranging from SME to FTSE 250 clients.

This role comes with good training and career prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Paralegal with at least 18 months experience of working in a private client department
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail and have a passion for property work
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and dependant on experience, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
