Commercial In House Solicitor

A Commercial Solicitor is required to undertake an exciting opportunity in an in-house role at a company that is modern, technologically savvy and always seeks to innovate. The role

The successful candidate will work alongside the General Council on a wide variety of commercial matters and commercial contractual arrangements and will work closely with senior management on business development strategies and compliance.

You will have the opportunity to deal with external parties, provide strategic legal advice to the board, anticipate issues and eliminate risk strategically amongst many other areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will be provided with state-of-the-art digital tools to ensure that you can work seamlessly and communicate effectively with the team. You will be working in an agile environment but will have the support you need from other members of the team.

Requirements

• You will either be a Commercial Solicitor or Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (Either from in-house or private practice.)
• Comfortable working in a digital environment
• Transparent and open with excellent communication skills
• A Proactive individual who can work off their own initiative
• Driven and continuously looking to improve
