Successful, Legal 500 London firm seeks an enthusiastic Head of Housing Department.

Our client is now actively looking to attract a proactive and technically proficient Head of Housing Department to work within a thriving and expanding housing team in London. Whilst managing and leading a small team, the successful solicitor will manage a caseload consisting of a range of housing matters.

  • Homelessness
  • Possession claims
  • Private sector housing
  • Homeless applications
  • Unlawful eviction
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Anti-social behaviour injunction applications
The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from experienced solicitors with a minimum of eight years’ PQE
  • Technical expertise in all housing matters is essential for the role
  • Knowledge of the funding and provision of services frameworks including LASPO and the Financial and Procedural regulations
  • Solid understanding the Legal Aid Agency contracts for civil work
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
