Family Solicitor - 2yrs+ PQE Southampton - £32000 - £40000

A specialist local law firm are currently looking for an efficient family solicitor to join their growing team based in Southampton.

Being a focused family law firm they have a wide reach across Hampshire dealing with all forms of family/matrimonial dispute resolution, with client care being paramount. They offer a friendly working environment and are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward thinking member for their family team.

The right candidate will have sound knowledge family land matrimonial law and should be will to undertake their own advocacy. You should be committed to developing all forms of dispute resolution and ideally have already gained some good experience of financial matters arising from separation. This should include TOLATA/ Schedule 1 Children Act claims and high net worth matters including complex business and pension issues. The firm are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and supporting and contributing to the ongoing success of the firm. A professional, client focused approach with the ability to be personable and compassionate towards clients is a must given the sensitivity of many cases the team manage.
