Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor 4-7 years PQE (12 months FTC)

A top-rated regional law firm is looking for a talented solicitor on a 12 month FTC in their Restructuring and Insolvency team based in their central London office.
The position will involve a range of contentious and transactional insolvency matters, advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, banks, distressed companies and individuals in both corporate and personal insolvencies as well as more complex matters, civil fraud, confiscation and restraint proceedings, director disqualification proceedings etc.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 4 years solid experience in a similar role gained at a regional or city law firm acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements, amongst other things.
