Locum Litigation Lawyer

A public sector organisation in Greater Manchester requires a Locum Litigation Solicitor to cover a maternity in their busy team. Our client is anticipating needing locum cover for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Day to day duties:

• Providing specialist and proactive legal advice and assistance on all issues arising from prosecutions and enforcements
• Dealing with ASBOs & community safety, employment, housing, business rates, littering and civil proceedings (including debt recovery)
• Dealing with licensing and regulatory enforcements (such as environmental health, food safety and health and safety) and trading standards matters

Interested candidates should have litigation experience within the public sector and be a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
