Job Details
Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in Reading who is seeking solicitors with 2+ years' PQE to join their expanding Employment and Business Immigration teams. They are offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment issues, acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients.
They also provide day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers, and conducting redundancy programmes.
As Business Immigration Solicitor, you must present with experience in handling business visas for clients. These include Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, sponsorship licences, dependants, visas, and dealing with UKV1 audits.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked at, or completed their training contracts with, a City practice. They will also hold excellent academic qualifications. A seat in commercial contracts may also be beneficial.
