A unique opportunity for a Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm on the London/Surrey border.

We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic and eager to learn Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer for a client-oriented, CQS accredited law practice in the Morden area. The successful candidate will manage a wide-range caseload consisting of residential and commercial property matters, proving to work well independently and under pressure.

• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership
• Deeds of gift
• Part exchanges
• Commercial property and land law
• Landlord and tenant
• Enfranchisement
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Plot sales

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and legal executives with one to four years’ PQE
• Solid experience in both residential and commercial property matters is highly advantageous
• Excel in communication with clients both verbally and written
• Ideally, you will have outstanding communication and IT skills
