Our client is a specialist employment law consultancy in Bristol who are seeking an Employment Paralegal to join their busy and experienced department.
The company provide services to both commercial and personal clients. Their Employment department represents a number of companies, dealing with day to day employment issues as well as problems that may arise following the termination of an employee's contract.
The role of Employment Paralegal will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a case load of various employment matters.
- General administration including filing correspondence, notes and documentation.
- Drafting documents of employment law including maternity and paternity rights, employee relations, discrimination, dismissals, whistle blowing etc.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
