Junior RTA Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive

Our client is a fast paced, innovative and growing law firm in Cardiff. They have an exciting opportunity to join our Fast Track Department to work in as a litigation solicitor or legal executive.

The main objective of the role is to profitably manage a caseload of litigated personal injury road traffic accident (RTA) claims acting at all times in the best interests of the Claimant.

You will report to the Litigation Team Leader:

1. Conducting a case load of Fast Track pre and post litigation work.
2. Managing your own case load within the firm standard service levels and those applicable to particular client accounts.

Minimum Specification

They are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge/exposure of RTA claims as a Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team.

You will have experience of running a caseload of fast track files, investigating liability disputes and experience of the litigation process. You will have a willingness to keep up to date with legal developments in these areas and the ability to work to deadlines and income targets. A strong focus on client care, good interpersonal skills and demonstrable negotiation skills are essential in this role.
