A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing Team for a dedicated, enthusiastic and able lawyer to join our team on a 1 year fixed term contract. The primary function for the post of ASB Lawyer is to undertake anti-social behaviour legal work whilst being co-located with the client at the Upper Street Area Housing Office.
We are looking for a full - time Lawyer with a minimum of two years post qualification experience, or exceptional experience of shorter duration. You will have knowledge of housing law and ASB legislation, experience of conducting defended possession proceedings and litigation to tackle anti social behaviour. You will have to be highly motivated and a team player.
