Locum Family Solicitor
April Start – Devon – £30-35ph DOE – 9 months maternity cover
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Devon on a locum basis. This requirement is to assist the firm whilst a member of the team is on maternity leave.
The successful candidate will autonomously manage a mixed family caseload of matters relating to separation and divorce, civil partnerships, financial claims and children's matters. There is a mix of both privately funded and Legal Aid matters and secretarial support is available for the role.
Our client is offering a friendly working environment within walking distance to local train stations and public parking. The successful candidate will secure an hourly rate of up to £35 per hour, dependant on experience.
We would be interested in hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with the requisite experience and availability to start a new locum role in April that will see you through until early 2020.
