Job Details
Our client is a leading regional law firm based in South Hertfordshire. Legal 500 recognised and Chambers ranked - the firm is very well established and highly regarded across all sectors of law.
The role will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to undertake an active caseload of Commercial Property matters which will entail, but not limited to; dealing will aspects of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals.
Alongside running a caseload, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who has a passion for business development and is looking to develop their career at a vibrant and successful firm.
The ideal will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or equivalent with upwards of 4 years' PQE, with a successful track record of running a commercial property caseload.
