As a Housing Paralegal, your time will be split between running your own caseload and assisting some of the leading fee earners in the field. Your files will be varied, typically based around buy-to-let, remortgaging, residential sales, and purchases. Your other duties will include assisting with file closures and deed enquiries. You will also provide holiday cover for fee earners. 
 
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience and sound knowledge of residential conveyancing. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines are also essential. This position is also open to qualified solicitors as well as paralegals.
