Immigration/Asylum Solicitor - Thames Valley

Renowned Legal 500 law firm are looking to recruit an Immigration and Asylum solicitor to join their busy team. This firm are actively involved in various social and campaign issues related to the firms core legal practice and support organisations both in the local community and nationally who promote the welfare and rights of immigrants.

In this role the successful candidate will be required to run an immigration/asylum caseload of privately and/or publicly funded cases such as judicial review and Court of Appeal applications.

To work on publicly funded cases it is essential that you are accredited to Level 2 under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).
