The clinical negligence team currently consists of 4 specialist solicitors, one of whom is also a practicing consultant in Emergency Medicine, a trainee solicitor, paralegal and secretarial support. There is an interesting mixture of Claimant work together with the opportunity to assist with high value obstetric and spinal injury claims.
Suitable candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinical negligence solicitor and will have handled their own caseload from initial investigation stage through to negotiating settlements and litigating claims to trial.
The suitable candidate will be self-motivated and will have a proactive and professional attitude as well as excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
